Hindustan Copper Limited Junior Manager Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should possess the required educational qualification and other eligibility parameters to apply for these posts. The eligibility criteria and age limit have been released by the examination authority.
Age Limit:
The maximum age required for the HCL Junior Manager recruitment is 40 years as of 1 June 2024. The upper age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST (5 years)m OBC-NCL(3 years), PWD-OBC (13 years), PWD-SC/ST (15 years), PWD-General-EWS (10 years), and EX-servicemen as per the guidelines of government of India.
Educational Qualification:
Mining: Diploma in Mining with 5 years of experience in the relevant field and a Foreman’s Certificate of Competency for Metalliferous Mines (Unrestricted), or Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering with 2 years of experience in the relevant field and a Foreman’s Certificate of Competency for Metalliferous Mines (Unrestricted) or a Second-Class Manager’s Certificate of Competency for Metalliferous Mines (Unrestricted).
Electrical: Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 5 years of experience in the relevant field, or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with 2 years of experience in the relevant field.
Company Secretary: Graduate with 5 years of experience in the relevant field, or Passed the Final Examination of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India or the UK.
Finance: Graduate with 5 years of experience in the relevant field, or Intermediate Examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants or Institute of Cost & Works Accountants with 5 years of experience in the relevant field, or PG Degree in Finance/PG Diploma in Finance/MBA in Finance with 2 years of experience in the relevant field.
HR: Graduate with 5 years of experience in the relevant field, or PG Degree in HR/PG Diploma in HR/MBA in HR with 2 years of experience in the relevant field.
HCL Manager Application Fee
Candidate will have to pay amount to apply for these positions in online mode. The General, OBC & EWS Candidates are required to pay non-refundable application processing fee of Rs.500/- (Five Hundred Only) and all other candidates are exempted from paying fees including PwBDs.

The candidates are required to fill basic / personal / educational qualification details in the online application form. The candidates should upload scanned copy of relevant documents /certificates. The email id and mobile number entered in the online application form should remain active till the process of recruitment is complete. The last date for submission of online applications is 21/07/2024 (Sunday) till Midnight.
