Assam Public Service Commission (APSC), Guwahati, invites online applications from eligible Indian Citizens for the recruitment of Assistant Accounts Officer (AAO) (Class III Posts) of Assam Electricity Grid Corporation Limited (AEGCL) and Assam Power Distribution Company Limited (APDCL).

Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) is recruiting for 130 Assistant Accounts officer (AAO) in different departments across the state. Out of 130 Assistant Accounts officer (AAO) vacancies, 69 are for Assam Power Distribution Company Limited (APDCL) whereas 61 are for Assam Electricity Grid Corporation Limited (AEGCL). What is the APSC AAO Posts Eligibility and Age Limit?

The eligibility criteria and age limit have been released by the examination authority. Candidates can refer to the official notification for details.

Educational Qualification:

Candidates should have Degree in Arts, Science or Commerce from a recognised University with minimum 55% marks or its equivalent in B.Com in aggregate or 55% marks in Honors/Major subject (B,Com) or minimum 55% aggregate marks or its equivalent for Arts or Science graduate having Mathematics or Statistics as one of the subject or 55% marks or its equivalent in Mathematics Statistics as Honors (BA/B.Sc).

Age Limit APSC AAO 2024:

Upper age limit (as on January 01, 2024) The candidates should not be less than 21 years of age and not more than 38 years of age. You are advised to check the notification link for details of the relaxation in age limit.

How to Apply APSC AAO Recruitment 2024

Eligible candidates must apply online through APSC’s recruitment website (apscrecruitment.in) from 15th June 2024.

The Candidates should first visit the APSC’s recruitment website and register by clicking on the ‘Register Here’ link, completing the One-Time Registration (OTR) process with basic details.

After creating an account, applicants need to log in using the provided credentials. Upon logging in, they should provide One-Time Registration details, including Personal Information, Educational Qualification, Work Experience, Photograph, Signature, and other necessary documents.
Once these details are submitted, applicants can download the One-Time Registration details. Subsequently, they should click on the “Applicant Section => Apply Section” link for submitting the application form.

The last date for online application registration is 14/07/2024 up to Midnight.
