Rail Coach Factory (Kapurthala), has released the notification of the recruitment for the posts of Apprentices. Ministry of Railways has issued a notification for the engagement of Act Apprentices for training under the Apprenticeship Act. 1961. Selected candidates will get stipend as per extant rules & directives issued by Railway Board from time to time.

Kapurthala RCF Apprentice Notification Out – Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for Apprentice post, candidates must be aged between 15 and 24 years, with relaxations of 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC. They should have passed the 10th class with 50% marks and hold a National Trade Certificate in the relevant trade from a recognized board.
RCF Kapurthala Apprentice Vacancy Application Fees 2024
An application fee of Rs. 100/- is applicable for all candidates. This fee is non-refundable and is to be paid online through the prescribed mode during the application process. RCF/Kapurthala will not accept application fees through Cash/Cheque/Money order/IPO/Demand Draft, etc. Candidates are to note that RCF/ Kapurthala is not responsible for incomplete or pending online application fee transactions for whatsoever reason. No fee is required to be paid by SC/ST/ PWD / Women Candidates.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the RCF Apprentice apply online link.
Step 3: Click on it and proceed to complete the registration form.
Step 4: After registration, log in using your credentials and apply for the desired Apprentice trade.
Step 5: Fill out the application form and upload the required documents.
Step 6: Make the necessary payment and submit the form.
Step 7: Download and print the form for your records.
RCF Kapurthala Apprentice Selection Process 2024
Candidates applying for the Act-Apprenticeship in various trades at Rail Coach Factory (Kapurthala) will undergo a selection process based on merit. The merit list will be prepared considering the percentage of marks in matriculation (with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks) and ITI marks in the trade for which apprenticeship is sought. In case of equal marks, preference will be given to the older candidate. Final selection will be based on the descending order of percentage of marks obtained by the candidate. Final step is document verification.
