The Karnataka Public Service Commission (KPSC) has announced the recruitment of Veterinary Officers for the year 2024. The commission is aiming to fill a total of 400 vacancies, comprising 342 regular positions and 58 backlog posts through KPSC Veterinary Officer Recruitment.

Age Limit:
Minimum 18 years.
Maximum 35 years for General Category.
Maximum 38 years for Category 2A, 2B, 3A & 3B.
Maximum 40 years for SC/ST/ Category – 1.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must hold a degree in Bachelor of Veterinary Science (B.V.Sc) or Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry (B.V.Sc & AH). Additionally, they must be registered with the Karnataka Veterinary Council (KVC) or the Indian Veterinary Council (IVC).

The selection process for KPSC Veterinary Officer Recruitment involves multiple stages:

Click on the “New Registration” link. Fill in all the required details and Create a User ID and Password, which you will use for logging into the system.
Once you have completed the registration, log in using your newly created User ID and Password. Make sure to keep these credentials safe for future use. After logging in, you will find the link to apply for the Veterinary Officer post. Click on the relevant link and start filling in the application form.
The application process requires you to upload various documents. This includes your recent passport-sized photograph, signature, and educational certificates.
