How to Apply for ISRO Scientist/Engineer Recruitment 2025
Interested and eligible candidates must apply online for ISRO Scientist/Engineer SC posts through the official ISRO website between 24th June 2025 and 14th July 2025. The system accepts applications only through online mode; other submission methods will not be considered.
Candidates may apply for multiple posts if they select the same written test centre for all applications. They must pay a separate application fee for each post. Upon registration, the system generates a unique Registration Number, which candidates should keep for future reference.
While filling out the application form, use a valid email ID, as it is mandatory. If a candidate submits multiple applications, the system will consider only the latest valid submission made before the deadline with successful fee payment for the recruitment process.
ISRO Scientist Engineer Vacancy – Application Fee Details
Candidates applying for the ISRO Scientist/Engineer SC posts must pay a non-refundable application fee of ₹250/- for each post. However, all applicants are initially required to pay ₹750/- as a uniform processing fee per application. The refund policy is as follows:
Refund Criteria:
Full refund of ₹750/- for candidates exempted from application fee payment: Women, SC/ST, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen
Partial refund of ₹500/- (after deducting ₹250 as application fee) for all other candidates who appear in the written test.

ISRO Scientist/Engineer 2025 – Selection Process
The selection procedure for the ISRO Scientist/Engineer SC Recruitment 2025 involves two stages:
Stage 1: Written Test
A competitive written examination will be conducted across 11 major cities in India:
Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Chennai, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, New Delhi, and Thiruvananthapuram.
The written test is the first screening stage for shortlisting candidates for the interview.
Stage 2: Interview
Candidates who qualify in the written test will be shortlisted in a 1:5 ratio (i.e., 5 candidates for every post), with a minimum of 10 candidates in total.
Final selection will be based on combined performance in both the written test and interview.
