IOCL Apprentice Selection Process 2025 – No Written Exam

The selection process for IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2025 does not include any written test. Candidates can register on the NAPS/NATS portal and apply online through the IOCL portal will be shortlisted based on their academic performance.

Selection Criteria for IOCL Apprentice 2025:

(i) Merit-Based Shortlisting:- Selection will be purely based on the percentage of marks obtained in the prescribed educational qualification relevant to the trade/discipline applied for. Candidates must meet the notified eligibility criteria for the respective trade/discipline.

(ii) Merit List Preparation:- A state-wise and category-wise merit list will be prepared in descending order of marks. Only those candidates who rank high enough in the merit list will be shortlisted for the next stage.

IOCL Non-Executive Vacancy 2024 Eligibility Criteria 2024

The eligibility requirements for IOCL Non-Executive posts as per the IOCL notice are as follows:

Educational Qualification

A candidate should have a 10th-class pass and ITI or Diploma in the relevant engineering field. Candidates can check the official notification for more details.

Age Limit

The age limit for the general category is 18 to 26 years. However, the maximum age is relaxable, up to three years for OBC, whereas five years for SC/ST categories.

IOCL Non-Executive Vacancy Application Fee

The IOCL Form 2024 application fee is Rs 300 for General, EWS and OBC candidates. There is no fee for candidates belonging to Female, SC/ST, and physically handicapped categories.

IOCL Non-Executive Personnel Selection Process

The selection methodology will comprise a computer-based test (CBT) and a Skill/Proficiency/Physical Test (SPPT). The SPPT will be qualifying. All questions in CBT will be of objective multiple-choice Type. The computer-based examination will only be conducted in English and Hindi, with no negative marking for wrong answers. There are 75 marks for Subject Knowledge and 25 marks for General Awareness.
