EPFO PA Selection Process
Written Exam
The written exam serves as the preliminary stage of the selection process. Its objective is to assess the candidates’ knowledge and understanding of different subjects. The exam format is objective type. The subjects covered in the written exam include General Awareness, English Language Understanding, and Quantitative Aptitude.
Skill Test
Following the written exam, shortlisted candidates undergo a skill test. Candidates are tested on their speed and accuracy in stenography and typing.
Document Verification
The final stage of the selection process is document verification. Candidates are required to present original documents for verification. The verification process ensures that all candidates meet the eligibility criteria and their qualifications are genuine.
UPSC PA Exam Pattern
1. The exam is of an Objective type.
2. The language of the exam is Bilingual, except for the English Language section.
3. There is a Negative Marking policy where one-third (1/3) of the marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
4. The Duration of the exam is 2 hours (120 minutes).
