Punjab Subordinate Services Selection Board (PSSSB) has released the notification for the recruitment of Excise and Taxation Inspector. Eligible candidates can apply before 21-01-2025 (05:00 hrs).

Educational Qualification	i) Should possess a degree of Bachelor in any discipline from a recognized University or institution or its equivalent; and ii) Should possess at least 120 hours course with working experience in the use of Personal Computers or Information Technology in Office Productivity Applications or Desktop Publishing Applications from a Government recognized Institution or reputed Institution which is ISO 9001 certified. OR Should have passed a Computer Information Technology Courses equivalent to ‘O’ level certificate of DOEACC of Government of India.

Applications must be submitted only in online mode at the website of PSSSB. Before submission of the online application, candidates must check through Preview/ Print option that they have filled correct details in each field of the application form.

Application fees and Payment Method:-

Candidates have to pay the below-mentioned application fee through Challan/ Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking/ UPI:-
(i) General category/ Freedom Fighter/ Players:- Rs.1000/-
(ii) Sc/ BC / EWS:- Rs.250/-
(iii) Ex-Serviceman and Dependent:- Rs.200/-
(iv) PwD:- Rs.500/-

Notes:-

• Age relaxation will be given as per govt rules.
• Fees once paid shall not be refunded.
• Canvassing in any form will disqualify a candidate.
• The total number of vacancies may increase or decrease.
