Selection Criteria – OIL Geologist Walk-in Interview 2025
The selection process for the Contractual Geologist post at Oil India Limited (OIL), Duliajan will be based purely on performance in the Walk-in-Interview, with a total evaluation of 100 marks.

Total Marks: 100
Minimum Qualifying Marks: 50 (for all categories)
Mark Distribution: The 100 marks will be assessed across the following parameters: Professional Knowledge & Skills (Core Discipline), Professional Knowledge & Skills (Allied Disciplines), Personal Attributes and Soft Skills
Final Selection:
Only candidates securing 50 or more marks in the interview will be considered qualified.
