Oil India Vacancy 2025: Application Procedure for Walk-in Test
Candidates must fill out the Personal Bio-Data form provided in the last two pages of the official notification and bring it along with all required documents to the venue on the scheduled date.
All candidates can register for the Walk-in-Practical/Skill Test cum Personal Assessment between 07:00 AM and 09:00 AM at the designated venue. Late arrivals will not be allowed to participate in the selection process under any circumstances.
Candidates must carry the following documents: Filled Personal Bio-Data form, Original and self-attested copies of educational certificates, Domicile proof, Age proof, Experience certificates, Valid photo ID proof and Recent passport-size photographs

Travel and Accommodation:
Candidates must arrange their own travel and stay to appear for the Walk-in-Practical/Skill Test cum Personal Assessment. Oil India Limited will not provide any TA/DA.
Document Verification:
If a candidate provides false or incorrect information or submits fake documents at any stage, the authorities will verify such claims and take strict action as necessary.
Misconduct and Disqualification:
Aspirants involved in unfair practices like impersonation, misbehavior, or using improper means during the selection process may face criminal prosecution and be disqualified from current and future Oil India exams.
Canvassing:
Direct or indirect canvassing will lead to immediate disqualification.
Pre-Engagement Formalities:
Selected candidates must complete all required formalities such as document verification, medical fitness (as per OIL’s standards), and character verification before joining.
Joining Timeline:
Selected candidates must join immediately. A grace period of up to 15 days may be allowed. Failing to report within this time will cancel the selection.
