The closing date for J&K Police Constable Vacancy registration of online applications is 7th September 2024. The JKSSB Constable selection process involves Written Examination, Physical Standard Test (PST), Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Medical Examination.

JKSSB Constable Eligibility Criteria 2024

JKSSB Constable Age Limit

Minimum 18 years.
Maximum 28 years as on 1st January 2024.
18 to 30 years for Inservice Police Personnel.
18 to 40 years for SPOs and Volunteer Home Guards.

JKSSB Constable Educational Qualification

(1) Minimum 10th Class (Matriculation) Pass.
(2) 10+2 with Science subject Pass required for Constable Telecommunication and Constable Photographer posts.
(3) Minimum Physical Standards: Minimum Height 5′ 6″ (For Male) / 5′ 2″ (For Female) and Chest 32″ unexpanded and 33.5″ expanded for Male only.

JKSSB Constable Application Fee 2024

Rs 700/- for General / OBC Category Candidates.
Rs 600/- for SC / ST-1 / ST-2 / EWS Category Candidates.
No fee for PwD Category candidates.
The fee should be made through online mode using Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking.

Eligible Interested Candidates should apply online via JKSSB Official Website (jkssb.nic.in) Only from 8th August 2024. The candidates must fill Personal Details include Full Name, Father’s Name, Email id, Mobile Number, Category, Date of Birth, Gender, Martial Status etc. The candidates also required to upload scanned copy of Recent Photograph, Educational Certificates, Community Certificate and other documents.
